Setup Charity Barn Party Fundraiser Event

Ever been to a Charity Barn Party?  Well the NAC puts on one of the finest each year to help raise funds for their equestrian programs which run throughout the year.  It was a special year since the entire equestrian center in Park City, Utah is getting renovated with new viewing areas, offices and arena upgrades.

The team was thrilled to lend a hand earlier in the day on June 1st to help set up the Charity Barn Party for over 600 guests.  On the to-do list was; setting up the bar area, decorating the tables, building a lighted walkway with candles and helping set up the petting zoo.

This called for a heavy duty workhorse so we had plenty of utility wagons there to help pitch in.  We had a great time stocking up the soft drinks with the help of our steel wagon with drop-down sides.  We then had to build a candle-lit walkway and our garden cart came in handy along all 200 yards.  These wagons are made for this type of duty and if wagons could talk (like Mr. Ed) they’d sure be excited about putting in a few volunteer hours for a good cause.

We certainly had a lot of fun volunteering that day and as you can see our utility wagon came in handy on many projects.  Our wagon of choice for the day was the Best Choice Products Utility Cart Wagon:

And you can find other styles of steel and plastic utility wagons to fit your project on our website.

Congratulations to the NAC for a wonderful evening and a successful fundraising event – a top-notch gala for a charity close to our hearts! For more information on the National Ability Center and how you can get involved, check out their website
